We recommend a course of 4 sessions, the first session takes about an hour and 15 minutes, this allows us to find out about you and make a plan that tailors the programme to your needs. We also help you set realistic goals to help you make necessary changes that can help you manage your new lifestyle changes.

Laser Therapy is a well-established therapeutic technique with a wide range of medical applications. The Anne Penman method utilises a cold, soft laser beam which is applied to specific energy points on the hands, ears, nose and, wrists and feet. This helps to stimulate the release of endorphins, our own natural body chemical, which helps with the relief of pain and stress.
