Anne Penman's Weight Health Programme combines laser therapy, person-centred counselling, and backup support to assist participants in losing 1-2 pounds per week.
Anne Penman Laser Therapy can be used in conjunction with all diet plans.
We recommend each client start with a course of four weekly sessions to allow the body to adjust to a changed eating pattern for a minimum of 28 days.
The first session will last 1 hour 15 minutes and will involve laser treatment, measurement of current weight, and analysis of your body using an analysing monitor. We will also evaluate your current eating patterns, calorie intake and overall health, and then we will create a bespoke meal plan to help you meet your goals.
Ongoing sessions will vary depending on the results of the first session and will be tailored to the specific needs of each participant.

Your Anne Penman technician will provide support and encouragement on an ongoing basis via the helpline, which is available 24/7.
