The Anne Penman Wellness Programme

Many people are struggling to find a way to deal with life and maintain their mental well-being since Covid 19 became part of our lives. That's why we have designed The Anne Penman Wellness Programme to combine PBM therapy, counselling, and support to help you feel better and stay well.

PBM therapy (also known as laser therapy) helps promote a feeling of well-being, reduce anxiety levels and balance mood swings. The programme can help you feel in control, sleep better and be the best you can be.

What is Wellness

Wellness is feeling good and enjoying a healthy life. Learning to take time for yourself and help your body to stay healthy and happy. Make small changes and take one breath at a time, breathing in energy, and exhaling your stress and anxiety to help you be your best self.

The key points for optimal wellness are

  • Rest and sleep well
  • Eat Drink Move
  • Eat a healthy balanced diet
  • Drink water and stay well hydrated
  • Exercise - Walk, swim, and dance for 20 minutes every day 
  • Social interaction - Connect with friends and loved ones - take 10 minutes out of your day to call someone you’ve been thinking about.
